We are so excited to welcome everyone to the APL sanctioned
Medals will be available on the day for the Best Overall Female Lifter (based on DOTS), Best Overall Male Lifter (based on DOTS) and Best Local Lifter in the Ballarat area (within sixty-five kms of the gym). Weight group place winners will receive medallions.
Date: Saturday 26th April 2025
Location: Stronghold Ballarat, 18 Endeavour Way, Alfredton, Vic, 3350.
Lifting Starts: 10:00am
Competitor pricing: $125 AUD for all categories.

2025 Stronghold Ballarat Novice Competition!
Anyone can join in the fun!
Trophies will be available on the day for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Female Lifter (based on DOTS), Male Lifter (based on DOTS) and Mx Lifter (based on DOTS). All lifters will receive medallions.
We will be using the APL rule set, allowing heals up bench and using a deadlift bar for deadlifts.
